Our Summer honey extraction is harvested mid summer from our hives located in the Hopland area. This honey has a bolder, more complex flavor than our Spring honey, and adds a full bodied flavor to whatever you drizzle it on. 
The Summer extraction also containes the highest pollen count due to when we harvest, making this the go-to honey for our customers with allergies. No need for a spoonful of sugar to help this medicine go down!
