Our Spring honey is harvested mid spring from our hives located in the Ukiah Russian River area. This draw tends toward light and floral with a higher sugar content than our other varieties. We like this one in our tea and works well as a healthy sugar substitute for baked goods.
We know you'll love it too.
Plants the bee's foraged on to make this honey include but not limited to:
Mustard, Vetch, Lupine, Willow, Blue curl, Tarweed, Sambucus, Blackberry.
Spring Honey
Keep me in a warm dry place. Never heat me up in the microwave, as it will kill the healthy enzymes! Instead, heat up some water in a bowl and let me sit in it in my jar for a couple hours, or set me by a heater.
Avoid double dipping since water in the honey pot will make it spoil.
I will never "go bad", as long as water never enters my jar!
And as always, I'm Local, Raw & Unfiltered. As I should be(e).
